I've been feeling really well on the Lipotrim diet, which has actually surprised me! I was expecting to feel quite hungry with low energy & a headache, especially on days 2 or 3 as my body's sugar reserves got used up. But thankfully, none of that has been an issue! I've made sure I have kept my water levels up, so this probably helped. I have to say I do miss food; the taste and texture of a meal is just not there with a milkshake! The smells of my wife's cooking also make my mouth water! But I can honestly say I am not hungry at all, so temptation to snack isn't too much of an issue. This lack of hunger is because my metabolism is now in ketosis - I am burning fat for energy instead of sugar - which stops the production of "hunger" hormones. I actually feel better than I have for a while - my skin seems clearer and I've got more energy when out with our dog, possibly because I've had to cut out alcohol! So far, definitely so good.
