It's been a busy time at Wyvern Pharmacy and we're really grateful to all our nominated customers for helping to grow our independent business. So it would be a great time to start sending our surveys out for feedback! All pharmacies have to do this each year as part of our NHS terms, but it is a good way to get a feel for how well our services are holding up as we get busier. If you are given a survey with your prescription, we'd appreciate it if you could fill it in and get it back to us - drop it in, fax or email the form or use our freepost envelope. Results will go up on our website when we've had enough completed forms back. We are also waiting with crossed fingers for the Hyndburn Business Awards next week. Can we make it a win two years on the run? Time will tell (but we hope so!).
